Returns & Refund Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and return claims will only be accepted within 10 days after receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Order Replacements/Refund

We only accept order replacement/refunds if and only if the item is:

  • Damage
  • Has non-removable stain
  • Broken zipper
  • Has missing button
  • Misaligned stitch 
  • Unsewed

Please note that we do not accept unapproved replacement/refunds. Contact us first via email (support@coswears.com) and send us a photo of the damaged item to process your replacement/refund. Coswears has the right to deny any unapproved replacement/refund.

 

Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items
Please contact us immediately at support@coswears.com along with a photo of what you received and we can send you the missing/correct items right away.

 

Printing Issues
We offer refund and order replacement on items with printing issues such as:

  • Color difference
  • Print Quality
  • Alignment

All products are custom print, there are may be small differences in the design in terms of color and seams and/or arms due to the custom nature for the production process. If the difference in color, print quality, and alignment is obvious, we will resend or refund immediately. Size Issues

  • The customer placed the wrong size

    Refunds will not be issued for orders with wrong size placed by the customer, only exchanges are allowed. Any costs related to exchanges must be covered by the customer.

  • Ship wrong size

    If we sent the wrong size, please email us a photo of what you received (showing the size tag) to support@coswears.com. We will issue a replacement right away.

Cancellation and Modification of orders

You may request order cancellation or modification within 48 hours upon placing an order. We can no longer accept any cancellation and order modification beyond 24 hours once we start the production. Contact us immediately at support@coswears.com
