Notice of Shipping Delays Due to Corona Virus
Our shipment channels were influenced by the current pandemic situations not only the domestic flights but even overseas flights were seriously affected by the novel corona virus. Flights have subtract the frequency and at the same time delay the timeliness more or less.
Here are the below areas which have been influenced by the pandemic:
1.Italy routine
All logistic in Italy have been affected except for a few particular areas. The local government doesn’t allow delivery to the heavily affected cities. The delayed delivery time will recover after 7-15 days .
2.France routine.
Partial areas have been regional blockaded. To keep the safety of the delivery personnel, the local government does not allow delivery of parcels into the infected areas (60300 Senlis, 60800 (Crépy en Valois) and any other city of 6XXXXX will not deliver in these days). Other parts of the country will be delayed too. We will notice you immediately if we got any updates.
3.Spain routine.
The areas of below post codes (belongs to Igualada town ) can’t deliver temporarily. The package which has been shipped out will be kept in stock in the local warehouse.

4.Canada routine
Canada Post stopped processing all incoming packages since May 24 local time, the service recovery time has not yet been notified. In order to avoid serious delays in the delivery of packages and disputes, it is recommended that Canada Post suspend processing to Canada. Our company can currently provide DHL EXPRESS and UBI EXPRESS to ship Canadian package. (The time limit cannot be guaranteed. The time limit is expected to be 30-40 days).
5.Brazil route
The Brazilian customs requires the tax number information provided by the recipient to facilitate customs clearance, the logistics service provider requires the recipient to provide the tax number.
① The natural person tax number is called CPF code, the format is 000.000.000-00,
② The corporate tax number is called CNPJ code, the format is 00.000.000 / 0000-00,
For Brazilian orders, the tax number needs to be provided in time to avoid delays in delivery.
